The network outage that occurred 9-13-18 for eduroam, UCLA_WIFI, and UCLA_WEB has been resolved.
On Saturday, September 1 from 4:00 a.m. to 4:07 a.m., Duo, our Multi-factor Authentication Provider (MFA), will be upgrading the capacity of their main database, which will cause a service outage.
MFA has been re-enabled on all servers.
The UCLA IT Services Network Services team will be performing wireless maintenance in Ackerman Union on Saturday, August 4th, from 5:00 a.m. – 6:00 a.m. During the maintenance window, users connecting to the campus Wi-Fi in Ackerman Union may experience intermittent connectivity.
Both the monthly and bi-weekly conversions to UCPath have successfully completed.
On Friday, July 13, 2018, from 7 a.m. - 9 a.m., the IAMUCLA team will be performing maintenance on the Production UCLA Single Sign On (SSO) service. During this time, we will be making a minor configuration change to enable integration with a Service Provider. The change will be transparent and there should be no outage to the service.

The UCLA IT Services Network Services team will be performing wireless maintenance in Schoenberg 1102 (Music Library) on Thursday, June 21st, from 9:00AM – 10:00AM. During the maintenance window, users connecting to the campus Wi-Fi in the Music Library may experience intermittent connectivity.
On Thursday, June 7th from 10:15 a.m. - 12:15 p.m., the IAMUCLA team will be performing emergency maintenance to UCLA Single Sign On.
The UCLA IT Services -- Network Services team will be updating the Cisco AnyConnect VPN client to v4.6.00362 on Monday, April 30th at 4:00PM. The update should not affect service as the client will automatically update the next time a user connects to the VPN.
IT Support Center is working to restore WiFi functionality to Lu Valle Commons.
