MFA Maintenance Scheduled September 1, 2018, 4:00am to 4:07am
On Saturday, September 1 from 4:00 a.m. to 4:07 a.m., Duo, our Multi-factor Authentication Provider (MFA), will be upgrading the capacity of their main database, which will cause a service outage.
During the Duo maintenance, UCLA Logon ID account holders with MFA enabled will not be able to sign into UCLA Single Sign On (SSO) applications. However, if a user has an existing session with UCLA SSO, there should be no impact.
