UCLA IT Services — Network Services will be performing maintenance to Campus DNS/DHCP Infoblox Grid servers on Sunday, March 7, 2021, from 12:00 a.m. - 8:59 a.m. The campus Infoblox servers will be upgraded from version 8.2.9 to 8.4.8.
The Web Center will be unavailable on Saturday, February 6, 2021 from 8:00 am. to 3:00 p.m due to an Oracle upgrade. Users will not be able to log in during this time period.

No DNS / DHCP service interruptions are expected as the redundant servers will be upgraded one at a time.
Network Services will be migrating Vlan79 (128.97.98.128/26 network) configured in the Data Center environment to the new infrastructure on February 4th, 2021 from 7:00 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. This will impact ITS LDAP servers that reside in this network and services on these hosts will be intermittently available during the migration.

11:24 a.m. -- The IT Support Center is currently experiencing issues with its primary phone number (310) 267-HELP (4357). IT Services engineers are aware of the issue and are investigating the cause.
SentinelOne has released 4.6.10.3673 which is their GA client supporting Big Sur. The install package is available through the SentinelOne management console for all campus SentinelOne Administrators. Saturday, December 19, 2020 through Sunday, January 3, 2021 IT Services offices will be closed, but services and systems will be operating. The IT Support Center will have staff available to provide technical support during the following operating hours: December 21-23, 7am-4pm and December 28-30, 7am-4pm.
Network Services will be performing code upgrades for department specific network devices across campus to address critical Cisco security vulnerabilities. Network coordinators for the individual buildings where the maintenance will occur have been notified with specific times for their building's maintenance. The maintenance will be happening from December 21 to December 23 between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Network Services will be performing one-to-one replacement on faulty hardware for the Campus L2TP VPN on Monday, December 21, 2020 from 05:00 a.m. to 06:59 a.m.
On Saturday, Dec. 19, from 1:00 a.m. to 6:59 a.m., the Network Services team will begin a phased approach to replacing a core router chassis at Anderson. This maintenance is essential, as we are currently running at reduced capacity and a complete failure could result in extended campus network outage.
