We’re getting reports that users who use telephone or SMS options for Duo multi-factor authentication are not able to authenticate and getting an error message. Using the Duo app seems to work normally. The issue began around 7:15 p.m, and is affecting users who select the telephone or SMS option to authenticate. We're investigating the issue, and working to fix the problem.
