How do I access my voicemail box?

To access mailbox, dial 222 on-campus or (310) 825-2222. Then enter your mail box number followed by the # sign, and then your security code followed by the # sign. The first time you access your voicemail box, you should use the default (8252) security code.

I have a new voicemail box don’t know my voicemail password /security code.

A new mailbox will have the system default security code (8252). If account has been blocked or default security code doesn’t work, see the next question.

I can’t get into my voicemail box.  My password /security code doesn’t work.

Please request a security code reset by emailing vm@it.ucla.edu or calling IT Services Client Support at x58000 or (310) 825-8000 (off campus).

The code will be reset to the system default (8252).  No messages will be erased during a security code reset. Please change your mailbox password immediately.

How do I change my password/security code?

Access your mailbox, then press 80 for mailbox options, 1 for personal options, and 4 to change security code. Enter a new code, and then press #.
