Enterprise Messaging

Enterprise Messaging (EM) provides email, calendaring and producitivity functions for the campus. The EM Help Desk provides support for Department IT staff. End-users are encourage to contact their Department IT as the first point of contact.

Network Operations Center (NOC)

The Network Operations Center (NOC) is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the Campus Backbone Network (CBN). NOC staff members are available to assist and support campus departmental Network Coordinators with CBN routing, Internet/Internet2 routing, or Domain Name Service (DNS) issues.
