Issue with Duo and Using the Call Option to Chinese Phone Numbers

Due to recent Chinese regulations, using the Call option (for Multi-Factor Authentication) to a Chinese phone number (+86 country code) will not call the number successfully.

Due to recent Chinese regulations, using the Call option (for Multi-Factor Authentication) to a Chinese phone number (+86 country code) will not call the number successfully.

Note: this does not affect Duo Push or passcodes using the Duo Mobile smartphone app. Duo is currently working with Chinese authorities to see if an exemption can be made for their service.
