Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Adding an additional layer of security

Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) provides an additional layer of security for systems accessed via UCLA credentials, such as the UCLA Logon.

The role of IT Security Office is to provide the sub-account license/software to the department. The sub-account administrator is responsible for the integration and configuration of the application/service. Bruin OnLine (BOL) can provide limited first level support to end-users such as lost phones or access to the Duo Push App, but any second level support such as user activation will be escalated to the sub-account administrator.
