DocuSign is a secure, legally-binding electronic signature application, allowing you to sign and complete forms digitally from anywhere at any time. Electronic signatures provide an alternative to paper-based forms and wet-ink signatures. 

When you need to collect information from an individual or a group of people, you can use DocuSign to create a custom form. You then use the software to send the form out to be completed and signed. The software routes the document to the recipients. DocuSign also has a built-in tracking feature that allows you to check the status at any time, sends notifications to you when a document is signed, and sends reminders when a document has not been signed.
