Cloudflare, the proxy server company that helps to handle security and performance, is having an outage that is affecting our IT-hosted websites.
Update, 2:50 p.m. — This issue has been resolved. The root cause was Cloudflare's issues with Cloudflare Resolver and their edge network in certain locations. Customers using Cloudflare services in certain regions were impacted as requests might fail and/or errors may be displayed. Our hosted websites are now back to normal operation.
