ServiceNow Partial Outage (Resolved)

ServiceNow is not accessible from on campus, or the campus VPN.

10:26 a.m. -- Access to ServiceNow via the UCLA campus and VPN has been restored.  CENIC and ServiceNow are working on the root cause and it will be provided via the upcoming outage report.

Please open a ticket (help@it.ucla.edu) if you are still experiencing issues.

7:18 a.m. -- ServiceNow is currently experiencing a partial outage mpacting anyone trying to connect to ucla.service-now.com and the service portal at portal ucla.service-now.com/support -- they cannot be accessed from the UCLA campus or UCLA VPN. 

There are no issues with connectivity from outside the UCLA campus, so if you are not on campus, you may access ServiceNow by disconnecting from the VPN.  We are working with ServiceNow to resolve the issue.
