New Single Point of Contact for IT Services Client Support
Associate Vice Chancellor Andrew Wissmiller has an important update on a new service model.
IT Services is adopting a new service model for customer support. Historically, customers had to call a different number for the Repair Call Center, the Service Desk and the Networking & Communications Fulfillment Center. We have streamlined this process. Effective immediately, Client Support is offering a single point of contact with one phone number, (310) 825-8000, and one email address for all of your support needs (firstname.lastname@example.org). Our new number will route you to the Client Support team to facilitate your service requests. We have forwarded the former help desk numbers to the new Client Support phone number. When calling, you will hear a main menu with several routing options to forward your call to the appropriate support specialist.
