Issues with the Microsoft Exchange Online service -- Resolved

Users may be experiencing issues logging into the Microsoft Exchange Online service, which is the web interface for Exchange email.

5/13, 12:55 p.m. -- The Microsoft Exchange Online service has been restored. If you are still experiencing issues logging into the Outlook Web Access service, please contact IT Services -- IT Support Center at help@it.ucla.edu or (310) 267-4357.

5/13, 12:20 p.m. -- A resolution has not been provided, however we are receiving reports that users are now able to login successfully without any redirect errors.

5/13, 11:00 a.m. -- Some users may be unable to sign in to the Microsoft Exchange Online service, such as the https://www.outlook.com/owa/ad.ucla.edu website. Users may encounter the following error message: "AADSTS50011: The reply URL specified in the request does not match the reply URLs configured for the application: 'e48d4214-364e-4731-b2b6-47dabf529218'". Microsoft is aware of the issue and is currently implementing a resolution. There is no timetable for resolution.

In the interim, users should be able to work around the issue by disabling redirects in their respective browser.
