Duo authentication issues: callbacks — resolved

Update, 1:48 p.m.— Duo is now functioning normally. The change made to update the caller ID from which phone call authentications are sent has been deployed, and Duo has seen the number of failed phone call authentications return to normal at this time.

 

We’re getting reports that some Duo users may be experiencing issues with the callback feature for authorizing logins. Duo is working to resolve the issue. We’ll update when we learn more.

In the meantime, as a workaround, push notifications, text messaging, U2F, and OTP should still function normally. Passcodes will also work as an authentication method.
