The IT Services Infrastructure Support Team has encountered technical difficulties. A root cause analysis will be conducted to determine the next steps.
We will notify you once the root cause has been determined and will provide you with a plan for a future implementation date.

The IT Services Infrastructure Support Team will be implementing an UCS firmware upgrade, on March 22, 2021, from 12:00 a.m. to 5:59 a.m. There should be no impact to the availability of all services.
A Zoom call will be open during the maintenance window on March 22 starting at 12:00 a.m. to provide IT Services, customers and our stakeholders a forum where they can request status or ask questions during the upgrade.
Note: Please do not use the Zoom line as a technical forum since our customers and stakeholders may be on the line.
