Changes to Conference Calling Services
Many of you know that IT Services no longer offers billing for conference calling services. However, the University has contracted with two outside vendors that provide audio and video conferencing solutions at a negotiated campus rate. UCLA staff and faculty may contact these vendors directly for quotes regarding rates, features and services. Each department should establish a direct relationship with the providers and should be billed by them directly.
Currently, PGi has disabled all passcodes for existing PGi accounts established through UCLA. You may reinstate them by making arrangements with PGi for direct payment. For information regarding reinstating your account, or any other questions regarding existing accounts through PGi, please call 1-866-328-6752 and press option 2 to speak with a representative.
