Box Outage: Resolved

The Box service has been restored, and is functioning normally.

Update, 11:15 a.m.: The affected Box services have recovered to full functionality, and Box is monitoring for any further issues.

Update, 10:45 a.m.: Box is continuing to investigate issues related to multiple Box services. Users may experience errors or increased latency with:

  • Logging into the Box Web App or native applications (Box Drive, Box Sync, and Box Notes)
  • Uploads and Downloads through the Box Web App and native applications
  • Public API endpoints

We’re getting reports that the Box service is down. We’re working with Box to resolve the issue. The Box service status page has the most current updates, directly from Box: https://status.box.com.
