On February 1, 2020, DGIT's Network Services team will be migrating the existing network in the BSRB-OHRC buildings to DGIT's services. This migration will result in improved wireless performance throughout the building.

What to Expect

During the migration, internet access from wireless connections will be briefly unavailable. The upgrade will be performed outside of normal business hours to minimize service interruption.

Once the migration has completed, you will have access to the wireless network eduroam, UCLAHealth Secure, and MEDGUEST (a public wireless network). You will no longer be able to connect to UCLA_WIFI and UCLA_WEB in those buildings.

What to do

If you experience any network issues after the migration, please reboot your computer. If rebooting does not resolve the issue, please contact Customer Care at (310) 267-CARE (2273).
