VoIP phone upgrade on 10/16/18

VoIP Contacts:

IT Services will be performing Device Pack and Firmware upgrades for the VoIP phones/devices on Tuesday evening, 10/16/18 between the hours of 6:00 pm and 11:00 pm.

During this time frame there will be instances when your VoIP phones will be unavailable while they re-register to the network.

If you have any questions regarding this maintenance activity, or encounter any issues with your VoIP service outside of this time frame, please contact our Client Support team on extension x58000 Option 1 internally,  310-825-8000 Option 1 externally.
