Voice Services is responsible for maintaining and operating the campus voice communications network. The team manages voice services (both traditional legacy and IP), voicemail, ACD, Auto Attendant, ACD/MIS, SONET, DN referral, Interalia, Music on Hold and Hi-Gain call processing systems.
