The Production Support group consists of three distinct operational areas: Access Services, Job Scheduling, and Production Support. The functions of Job Scheduling and Access Services are primarily task oriented and require constant monitoring of work queues to handle requests quickly.
- Access Services: Processed approximately 5,049 DACSS and ACF2 security tickets in Service Now. Provided DACSS admin support to DSAs and worked closely with Audit & Advisory Services in supporting security for campus enterprise financial and student applications.
- Job Scheduling: Processed approximately 3,500 Mainframe Scheduling, FX, and JAMS tickets in Service Now. Also provided user admin and testing support, working with SysOps on JAMS and FX upgrades.
- Production Support: Processed user/application requests for View Direct/DDI report access. Administered ALM processing on Mainframe using Endevor, handling requests and problems reported by Application developers.
