The Customer Experience & Learning team uses a blended learning model to deliver customized products and services training to campus customers and IT Services staff.

The Customer Experience & Learning team offers both instructor-led and web-based training, along with quick reference and user guides for our products and services. Some of our subjects include Electronic Business Sets (EBS), Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), Enterprise Messaging, Office 365, Service Now (IT Service Management tool), and Content Management Systems (CMS).
