Enterprise Messaging Support

Enterprise Messaging's layered service model enables departmental IT staff to work with EM staff to provide end-user support. End users are encouraged to contact their department's IT staff as their first point of contact. IT staff can call the EM Help Desk (310) 794-5678, or send an email to support@em.ucla.edu. Departments can also utilize the delegated account management tools that are made available to appropriately trained IT staff. If departmental IT staff cannot be reached, end users may contact the EM Help Desk as described above.
